        We stayed for 3 days as we were attending a wedding at Shottle Hall and thoroughly enjoyed our stay The service was excellent and staff were very friendly. The rooms, if a little tired in places, are clean and very comfortable. In particular the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Downstairs the pub is lively and serves good food. There is plenty of free parking. All in all I would thoroughly recommend staying here.
