Wow, super impressed. Customer service was amazing. Communication was prompt, charges reasonable. Experienced, knowledgable, polite, friendly, tidy.. honestly I cant express how pleased I am. The guys spent an age at my property investigating the issues. They didnt rush, just did a thorough job investigation multiple possibilities & walked me through the findings. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

The problem was with Severn Trent and Richard very kindly rang them for me so that when I arrived home from work, everything was sorted and all without any charge! Jason and Richard came out to replace a broken pipe, they were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, tidy, helpful and the price was as quoted. Nothing was too much trouble and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
