This weekend (19-20 Mar 22), a friend is going to be laying a concrete base at my property for the siting of a new garden shed. He ordered the materials from this company and informed me they would be delivered between 11-12.00 today (15 Mar 22). I went out of my front door at 09.00 to find the materials had been left on my drive and blocking access for my car to and from my garage. A passing neighbour told me it had been delivered approximately an hour earlier, i.e. around 08.00. Nobody called, knocked at the door or rang the bell to let me know.
In other words, someone from this company turned up at least three hours ahead of the agreed time, simply dumped the materials and drove off. Purely by luck, my car was parked on the road as I'd used it earlier but it means it will have to stay parked there until the materials have been moved.
To say I'm displeased is a vast understatement.
