        Sent our mountain bike for a service and listed 3 areas to look at. After the service, 1 item was fixed. The gears rattled in 2nd and third. The chain was dirty, cogs had grime on them. Basically, the guy in the shop was either incompetent at reading my notes, or they were slap dash, and did a bad job. Either way I have a bike that we paid 50 to service and it needs to be looked at by somebody who can do a good job. Annoyed, as my teenage son paid for the majority of this service, so you've taken his money and done a bad job. Not happy. Photos show the gears with the dirt. I ended cleaning this myself and re-lubricating it.
