I came for a patch 48hrs before. They also recommended a strand test. On the day Neve introduced herself. My hair had been neglected for a while due to illness. It had remnants of a red dye along with my brown /grey roots so she worked really hard and 1st lightened my hair. Then rinsed off and applied the colour adding Olaplex 0 and 3 my hair wasn't what I had in mind but it exceeded my expectations. Thank you. It looks and feels so much better. Made an appointment for 2.30. Arrived a little early but was told that my stylist was running 20 minutes behind my time but she would check. The lady came over and said no I should be ready for half past. I did explain that the appointment would need to be on time. But at 2.25 the stylist started to do a retouch colour on another client. As I have a disabled son to pick up this would mean I would now be late for him so I had to cancel. Very disappointed with being told my appointment would be on time when clearly it wasnt going to be.
