Papa John's Pizza

2 hours ago I ordered 2 pizzas, tracking says it's delivered! Staff member said driver has been outside, thrn lied about calling me twice and leaving voicemail. Told me driver would return in 20 mins. Finally called and said he was half a mile up the road can we meet him there! Then saw him drive past returning to the store! Riah in store said she couldn't issue a refund and I will have to contact customer service! Can't use their customer service facility online as this store isn't listed in the drop-down menu! Absolutely furious! Very poor customer service and attitude!

If you're in the mood for an absolutely delicious pizza that will leave your taste buds tingling with joy, look no further than Papa Johns Harrow Weald. Their pizzas are truly exceptional, and I can confidently say that it's some of the best pizza I've ever had

Worst customer service Ive experienced. Called the store as per their website to complain about a cold order I received, managed to speak to someone called Kevin who had me on hold, and then tried to imply it was my fault as I didnt get in touch last night, and then basically implied I was lying as he said Im not calling you a liar, but it is impossible for that order to have been cold. Abysmal customer service, he even hung up the call and ignored any further calls I made. I had to call back off a different phone number to which he answered and was choking on his own words when I queried why he hung up. Initially he said the line dropped out, and then changed his story to he had to serve another customer. Seems strange that you would hang up on a customer who is complaining to serve another customer in store. This store clearly has no real managers or management in place, dont waste your time contacting the store for a complaint or refund, contact head office direct and avoid wasting your time. Should be ashamed of themselves in this particular store, wont be ordering again. Be interesting to see if their head office staff even check these reviews.

I am still waiting for my pizza which ordered 1 and a hours ago. My children are starving with hunger. I tried to reach out over the phone, but its not been answered. This is not the first time that Im experiencing this. In my experience the customer service is a clear indicator of the behind seen process of a restaurant such as, preparation, handling and storage of food and raw materials. The customers have to make their choice in this regard . May be the owner is only concerned about filling in his wallet and neglecting the business standards I wont make this mistake of ordering from pappa johns Kenton ever again. Ill send an email to pappa johns ceo as well!
