Reviewing Gemma at Oyster Properties. I am a resident of Woodford Court, Watford, and my experience with Oyster Properties, in general, and Gemma, in particular, has been fantastic. Gemma has been extremely helpful and empathetic towards my particular requirements. She is quick to respond and aims to resolve any issues (if any) at the earliest. I have been dealing with Gemma for some time now and never has she turned down any reasonable requests. In fact, she has always been very warm and forthcoming. As a result, I would give Gemma a genuine 5-star rating!

Very poor maintenance service. Service desk very unprofessional. Reported broken fridge 2 weeks ago and still without fridge.

It was lovely to deal with Gemma. She helped us throughout the renting process and clear all the hurdles. We were renting after nearly 8 years and process was very new for us. But lucky us, that Gemma took us through it. We called her nearly each day till the end and she replied to all our messages and even emailed her on her day off. Shes no doubt such a gem. We appreciate all her support.

Unprofessional service post covid. Lack of response to emails and phone calls when urgent matters crop up with tenants. Managers are never available despite several written requests directly to them for contact.
