        We originally reserved a place for our son to attend here and paid a deposit on his place - unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control (the days my wife is going to be working when she goes back) Bookies Babes were unable to accommodate us on those days. We were very understanding and looked elsewhere for childcare provision, however Bookies Babes are refusing to return our deposit despite giving them over six months notice. At no point was it ever communicated to us in their terms that this was non-refundable if our child didnt take his place and I have to say that the way it has been dealt with has been most unprofessional.
