Neil is obviously highly knowledgeable and experienced, he arrives at the time he says he will and is a very nice, straightforward person. He's serviced my boiler for the last five years and has just installed a new one for me. I don't plan to ever contact anyone else for plumbing/heating help unless there's an emergency when he's having a well-deserved holiday, which cross fingers won't happen! Neil was recommended to us by a fellow Heating & Plumbing engineer because of his extensive knowledge of Viessmann boilers. We've run into some issues with our Vitodens 050 boiler, which meant that we faced the daunting prospect of not having any hot water for Christmas. We got in touch with Neil, and he was able to find the time to visit us the following day. In less than 2 hours our hot water supply was restored, and better still it is now consistent - no hot/cold fluctuations which we've experienced in the past year (and have gotten used to, as someone else advised us that it was being caused by water pressure, and nothing could be done about it). Neil rectified the issue (black iron oxide built up in the Heat Exchanger and other parts of the heating system), and advised us to look into a number of improvements to our heating system to avoid the recurrence of the problem in future. He's a great professional, trustworthy, punctual, knowledgeable and explains everything really well so you never feel overwhelmed with technical terms. Knowledgeable and professional plumber who has been doing work for me in Ealing for over 5 years including new boiler installation&servicing, complete plumbing renovations from old to new, installation of radiators and all pipe work, investigation and resolution, new plumbing for extension and full bathroom/ kitchen fits. I would not use any other plumber. Neil comes highly recommended.
