Absolutely nightmare!!! 3 weeks waiting for small hose connector. Really bad contract with customer!! High NOT recommended!!!!! >:(

Totally brilliant!I I had a seemingly trivial problem with my Karcher K4 pressure washer, but I just could not solve it. I took it to the Karcher Service Centre in Stanmore, and the extremely helpful young man working there didn't even have to take the machine out of the boot of my car in order to solve the problem (which reflected entirely on the stupidity of the user, rather than the complexity of the problem!). He charged me 1 for a tiny wire clip that he provided, and refused the extra money that I gratefully offered. I cannot speak more highly about this company, its products, and at least that particular member of its staff.

Ok so after ordering I decided to check reviews and it made me worry to the point today 4 working days later I opened a dispute via PayPal as I didn't receive any tracking info. Just as I had opened the dispute my items turned up so I closed the case with paypal. This could have been avoided if I'd have been sent the tracking info which is why I never gave the full 5 stars. My suggestion for chemtec would be to make tracking info more accessable and to make sure website updates are actually kept up to date as even though it's delivered now earlier this morning it was still showing as processing. Anyone wanting to buy from this place I'd say go for it in the other reviews I seen I didn't see many people giving the company suggestions on how they could have made the experience better which is why I shared mine. It just goes to show bad reviews don't always mean a place is bad it could also mean they need some suggestions on improving. Give them a chance if your worried pay via PayPal so if anything does go wrong you can always seek help from them. I brought a new patio cleaner, which was a really good price online and paid for next day delivery and it arrived on time. not used it yet but i guess it will work as it should. spoke to someone over the phone before i brought it and he was helpful, sorry i did not catch your name but thank you.

A very good experience. I was looking for a part for a 20 year old Karcher professional vacuum cleaner. They had it in stock and I bought a new floor tool as well. Excellent service and welcoming staff.
