If only I could rate X instead of star. This company is extremely unprofessional. Paul you need to move company they are dragging you down.. Matt is awful I've never heard someone so rude and he calls himself thr director. This company allow staff to enter your property search and steal items and then lie about it. I'll be reporting them to the council and trading standards as its not a one off as I can see from the reviews.

If I could give Less than 1 star I would! Two men had let their self in and have taken my PlayStation and mirror and been through all my belongings with out me present. When I have asked to view cctv as you would clearly see them walking out with big items I was told in email by Nina that unfortunately they can not get cctv from the landlord and that I should report to the police. (Which obviously I done as soon as I see they was missing). What kind of company employ people who steal from tenants and knowing there will be proof on the cctv do absolutely nothing about it and no further action is taken! Avoid galaxy lettings at all cost. After reading all the reviews I can see I wasn't the only one who's had stuff stolen by these shameful people. I won't be leaving this I will make sure everyone knows to avoid this company at all costs!
