Tracy in Sep 2020 you took my family photos, the day was very expensive for me with the hiring of my kids gowns & props for the shoot. It took us all day to get ready also it was a very hot day and if I remember correctly we had a heatwave and it was scorching as you had the heating on max in your little studio. I was recommended by Jeff brooks who I believe is your friend, but he never mentioned that after 2 years I would still be trying to contact you to receive the photos! You knew these pictures are important to us as there has been no graduation ceremony in the past 2 years. It has been very difficult to contact you since and I have not even seen the photos to this date. You kept saying you will do them but you still haven't. I don't understand why you let us spend so much money for that day and then won't let us see any of the photos you took of us. It's really unacceptable that a photographer can do something like this after promising us great photos. It's really disappointing that we waited so long and you won't even allow us to see the photos. We were looking forward to having these printed and framed. I hate to think this is how you would have treated us or anyone else if it was a wedding or another important function. I am so upset by how you have treated us. You should have told us that we will have to wait endlessly to see the photos before you took on the shoot. It's a shame that if your wasn't prepared to give us the photos or have the capacity to give us them you should NOT have confirmed the booking, you should have made that clear and we would have gone somwhere else than to let us down like this. I don't understand the logic behind taking photos of family for special occasions and events and then not letting them even see them. Whats the point off wasting everyones time and money it was a wasted day that cost us a lot of money.
