    I first went for an appointment in July 2021 after 3 or so years of having not been to an optician. The tests were thorough, as was the subsequent explanation of the results by Dr Rad. The glasses were ready quickly and although there was an issue with the bridge, a new pair was ordered and received promptly. Customer service has always been excellent. I've popped in for accessories as well as a minor adjustment. Since then, there have been no issues. A special mention to Yamilla, though I'm not sure she still works here.

    Extra star for the staff being kind, polite and trying to be helpful. The rest is ridiculous.Had to wait 2 weeks wearing too weak glasses until I finally could come back (I was told "my eyes needed to adjust" - and they didn't because the lenses were simply too weak), left my glasses to be sent for lenses exchange. After another 2 weeks still no message from them so I went there to ask if the glasses were finally ready. A member of staff told me the text had been sent (which it had not) that the glasses were ready next day after I'd left them. Impossible, I thought. I was right-the glasses hadn't even been sent to the lab. Another week of waiting. This time the prescription was right but I asked a lady there to tightem the arms of my glasses and again that was done badly (the ends of the armd won't even reach behind my ears) but I only saw that at home (the lady who fitted them didn't say a word, she didn't check if the glasses were sitting properly). So I'm coming there back today. Hopefully they solve the last issue - and then neither me or any member of my family use their service again.

    This opticians is really decent. The opticians know what they are doing and they are well mannered. The optical assistants are competent, helpful and are well mannered. They have a good selection of glasses too. The prices are decent too; much better value than somewhere like Vision Express or David Clueless. I highly recommend this place.

    I cannot stress enough how bad the customer service is here. Given the economy & cost of living crisis, its more important than ever to spend money wisely on businesses that are friendly and helpful and get you your products on time. They never answer the phone, they get orders wrong, they are rude when youre trying to explain you were never told you need another eye test before offering more contacts (I heard one woman put down the phone and say to her colleague shes pretending to check on my question with one of the doctors). Last time I was 13 minutes late for an appointment, and I had kept calling to let them know there were transport delays and I was on my way; I called five times in a row and nobody answered. When I got there I was told I missed the appointment due to being more than 10 minutes late and it being a small store. I started crying on the spot due to having had to travel so far and all this after asking off for work to make the appointment. If you have the option, Id really recommend finding another optician.
