        Next is such a great place to quickly order something last minute and go collect it the next day. Unfortunately on too many occasions now when Ive gone to collect my order at the Sydenham branch they have been unable to find my order. Ive then had to re-order it. Maybe Im just unlucky! However the staff are always very polite when they tell me they cant find it!

        I love this Next store. The parking, entrance and layout is very wheelchair accessible. They always have a great range of stock and staff are always friendly and helpful. I bought a pair of shoes for my son yesterday and a few months back did a click and collect with an online purchase. Both experiences were great. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon.
