This company has been maintaining our communal waste treatment plant for approximately 3 years. The service has been poor with tank emptying missed completely, dates moved and work only half done. They have also damaged the garden area around the tank with no responsibility taken for cleaning it up. The bills are a work of fiction, they seem to charge whatever they like with no explanation given. They really dont like it when you query invoices even when they prove to be incorrect. Our contract is coming to an end and wont be renewed, while looking for a new contractor we discovered that theres a vital component missing from our waste treatment plant. This is something that would have helped massively with the smell from the tank, yet HES never even noticed it was missing! Dont waste your money employing this lot, they are worse than the stuff they remove from your tank!

We have experienced problems with our treatment plant due to recent storm damage. The response from Sam and one his engineers, Vince, has been first class. From reporting the problem on Tuesday 18th Feb at 5:00pm, we have received a visit on site to assess the damage and make recommendations. A truly first class service.
