Superb service from Livvan. What a brilliant guy. He helped me for an hour over the phone choosing a carpet and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating arranging a speedy delivery and even recommending a few carpet fitters. Nothing was too much trouble. Best customer service I've received in ages and so knowledgeable and professional. I hope you get a Staff Award Liv as you are such a brilliant salesman and genuinely lovely person. Thank you. Will recommend your branch to everyone I know.

A truly diabolical store and service, if it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Two months have passed since our order, numerous delays and rearranged deliveries, ultimately it's just out of stock and will never come back. Horrendous business, despite some friendly staff who tried their best to help.

Very good products choice, Livv was amazing with showing us all available options, hopefully the flooring is as good quality as customer service!

Went to the store in Lakeside and ordered some vynl, paid in full including a delivery charge. Was advised it will take 7 days and is kerbside delivery only. I offered to pay more to get an earlier delivery but no luck. Waited 7 days and was contacted in the afternoon on the 7th day by their customer support that the delivery was delayed. I could not wait any longer as had tenants moving in the next morning. Went back to the store to arrange a cancellation and refund, they were powerless to do either. Was contacted by the customer support team who said they will only refund 50% of what I paid because I am the one doing the cancellation. I insisted that I was not the one who messed up but they were not prepared to listen. A warning to all and I admit I was a fool to try this company.

The experience with this shop in Catford was very bad, first the store manager (!!) assured us the total packages of wood we ordered were enough with the sq. Meters we needed to cover but after our calculations we thought to order some more to be sure, to not make it too long, we were right, they did the wrong order so we received underlay instead of the wood with big inconvenience on the day of delivery as the workers were ready to finish the floor and we just needed those extra packages so we basically had to live for nearly a month with the living room not finished as their deliveries take ages and we ordered 3 packages but we received just 2 etc etc Definitely do yourself a favour and choose another company if you want things right.
