Three years ago I got in touch with David at The Prasads Automotive and Bentley" and I can't praise him high enough, as I am very picky as to who I would allow my car to be serviced or fixed (as required ) my 2006 Continental GT. It has always been completed and competent and all work carried in efficient manner and at a reasonable cost, It was done in a friendly and professional way, with the quality and facilities you would expect from a well established firm, when dealing with high end cars of these marques. I would heartily advise anyone with a Rolls Royce or Bentley car , that need it to be looked after, to do your self a favour and give David or Matt a call ..... Professional, knowledgeable, but more to the point! Customer relations and service, first class. From the first phone call to many more after that, I would like to thank David and Matthew for their outstanding service and communication to me about my Bentley, David spent time explaining what work needed to be done, what work could wait for the next service etc, and prices quoted were clear and exact, with no hidden costs and no surprises. So nice to meet people with a genuine love of these cars, and willing to spend time explaining the workings and details of these extraordinary machines.
