Toolstation Sydenham

Arrived after they had closed and received a pcn for staying in the car park for a few minutes. Don't drive in and out after business hours as this is private land, monitored by anpr cameras ready to take advantage. Goodbye toolstation.

I have been a fan of toolstaion for a long time however the standards seem to have dropped at the Sydenham store. After being supplied the incorrect item twice(!) once on a online order and for a second time in store (product code did not match product), I was then told that I was infact incorrect and sent to another store without so much as an apology let alone any offer of compensation despite me informing that the mistake will cost me at least a full days wages. Very poor customer service from the manager unfortunately
