Compton Cycles

I came in having been disappointed with my experience at a bigger chain of cycle shops. The man I spoke to was very helpful and well informed. He gave straightforward, honest advice and I got exactly what I needed. The bike was all set up and ready to ride away in a couple of hours and I've been really happy with it.

Ordered a Tout Terrain Blue Ridge GT in November 2021. It took 10 months of unknown struggle by Compton cycles to import it due to waiting times and tout terrain being not that bothered with the UK. But when the bicycle is the best there is for touring. That's what you want. Other supposed importers were not that keen to try as it was coming from the E.U. Once it arrived it sat waiting for a month whilst we arranged to come up from Devon for collection. Picked it up in October 2022. Quick test ride to check everything was okay. Looking forward to touring on it in May. Thankyou very much.

Went to look at Bromptons, Compton Cycles are a premier dealer and have a store with lots on display. Great advise, carefully went through each item choice and produced a written personal quote based on configuration selected. Refreshing to have everything explained clearly and a get a personal quote in writing, took the time to show Brompton luggage options and how they looked and could be used with bike. Whilst instore we chatted to a customer who called with a issue on her electric bike, the mechanic quickly sorted the problem and offered an upgrade she could book in for in the near future, hows that for service.
