My windows and bi fold doors were fitted by Impressions Windows 2019. Since the installation I have had nothing but problems with two sets of French doors. Both sets have leaked in continuously, fitters came back and tried to resolve the problems on several occasions but unfortunately the leaks are still happening. Ive sent videos of the windows showing the rain pouring in, Ive had no response, Ive called them again no response. After finally giving up I have today paid for a new set of French doors that have been supplied and installed by Mr UPVC, its now pouring and at last I have no leaks. I also need a new ceiling in the room beneath where the leaking windows were again another expense to me. I had the windows painted outside and a lady at the showroom said that because of this my guarantees are void. The response to my problems was diabolical and I would never be able to recommend this sham of a company Service: Double pane window installation & replacement

You know that feeling you get when you know you are going to get the service and customer care we are all searching for? Well look no further than Impression windows. I liked the range of products on display in their shop. Kate and Steve are very knowledgable about all of the products, and explained the differences between the manufacturers and also the different price range. Absolutely no sales pressure at all which I love. We came away with a few ideas and made our choices. We had a few questions which were dealt with to our satisfaction.The items were delivered on time as promised, and can I add a special mention to Neil and Steve, great characters, and very experienced fitters, which showed in the finished look of the items we bought.
