        I had nothing but outstanding service from this vets. They have always been our vets, our cat of 14 years became poorly and after 2 weeks and him rapidly declining it was "in his best interest" to put him to sleep. It has absolutely broke my heart but the staff was kind, caring and did everything they could to make the process easier for me. I've had issues with my insurance company and they've done everything to assist me. The next day to loosing my boy I had a card off them with a packet of forget me nots in. Was very thoughtful
