        Food terrible, drivers rude, owner is rude, there's always food missing from the order, the delivery man asked me for more money than I was told when I ordered the food, and the food is bland, go somewhere else as this chinky is useless

        Have used Red Lantern for years. Many mistakes made by the restaurant, either order not complete or receiving someone elses food. Seems theres always an issue & excuses galore. Then last night, ordered on-line, after waiting over an hour & a half, I phoned to see where the food was, to have the owner shout to his wife Have you cooked blah blah blah she shouts back she hasnt, then owner states theyre having issues with Wi-Fi & the receipt hadnt printed out. Said I wasnt at all happy & not my problem, owner stated food would arrive within 10 minutes. No apology, no interest in customer satisfaction. Food arrived after 10 minutes! No offer of % off or an extra dish. Red Lantern youve lost my custom.
