        Walked into ATS on Wednesday 5th April about 10.30 ish, I had a nail in my side wall, there was 2 bays full and a gentleman standing around not doing a lot, I stood in reception for 10 to 15 minutes,I wasnt spoken to, I wasnt acknowledged nothing, the door to the work area was open, I heard a mechanic shout we got a customer, to which I heard, he can fu-ing wait, so I walked out, no one tried to stop me no one spoke to me, so I went to chemix where I met and was served by a professional, acknowledged as soon as I walked in and had a new tyre 88 , so if you want to be ignored and your custom not welcome use ATS Halesowen they are great at it,
