        I've had multiple harnesses and coats over the years. Very good quality and washes well. I've only had to buy additional items when I wanted a different colour. They are really helpful if you need to speak to them

        I sent for two beds on February 8th and the money was taken out of my account on February 9th but no beds have arrived.Like others I tried shipping links and order links but couldn't get through. I have sent three emails but only received an automated reply. No one has been in touch with me. I am beginning to wonder if this company really does exists !! I am now attempting to get my money back through credit card disputes !!

        Ordered a fleece harness for one of my dogs. Super pleased with the quality however I felt like he could do with a bit more length in the chest strap. Had a lovely chat via email with Julia about the next size up and decided on a bespoke harness. It was made and shipped super fast and is excellent quality. Amazing product and amazing customer service!

        Due to Covid things are not as good as they used to be. There is no one to speak to and normal stock deliveries take a lot longer to be dispatched than they used to. The over all customer service was very lack luster, compared with what I have experienced in the past. The quality of their goods though are still excellent.
