Earls Gymnastic club

The kids young classes aren't for everyone. These are classes of around 10 and run at the same time as other classes in the same space. If your child is experienced and a bit older, I'd say it's probably fine. If your child needs coaxing or support, this isn't the right place. The classes are run by teenagers (overseen by a supervisor) who are only really good with kids who are experienced and can follow instruction 100% of the time. It wasn't the right environment for my 4 year old. Maybe this would suit older children. I might try again in a few years.

Absolutely horrible castomer service, impossible to get through and sign up for a session. I booked a place on the website and took out a monthly subscription to pay for gymnastics training for my daughter. I then got an email saying that it turned out that the time was already unavailable, but we got offered another time an hour earlier. I happily agreed, but was unable to get through to make the payment for the first trial session. There was no further reply to my voice mail. Then I got another email saying that they had got the time wrong again and that it was only 8.30am. A few more days later I got another email where I was told that this was all a mistake and that there was no sessions available at all for my daughter. We were put on a waiting list. I am extremely disappointed as this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I really hope the company can improve their castomer service and the children will be able to practise without obstacles.

Shocking - send you child here if you want them to learn to gambol and pay 30 a month for it! No communication. The viewing area is like a cattle market. The teachers are a bunch of kids who dont even look to like children. Waste of time and money. Much better gymnastics clubs out there.
