Clean booked 3 weeks ago for today. Texted yesterday to confirm. No response to texts, calls or emails and didn't show. Not being able to do the job, forgotten about it. That's ok, things happen, mistakes happen. But no communication in addition is appalling especially as it's for a house move of which Rachel was aware. Terrible customer service. Avoid.
