        Mother's day boxed flowers from my Son in Australia, they were delivered on the Monday instead of the actual day. No flower food included. Flowers started to droop the next day, the cheap looking small pink roses went brown, drooped and died. It looks 2 days later like a week old display. Rang shop, they were not interested. Poor customer care. Expect better from Interflora .

        Husband brought some flowers from here. They haven't lasted a week even though i followed the given care plan. They cost 50. When he rang to complain the lady didn't want to know...obviously she had already been paid so why should see?! Poor customer service and even poorer product!
