My laptop just completely stopped working ! Asking for bitlocker but couldnt get anywhere. Im not the most IT literate person anyway but I knew this was serious. I needed my laptop urgently and went into a real panic . Horton was recommended and I took my laptop over to John. It was a tough one but he managed to get it working again putting on my Microsoft office which I had also lost. Excellent service , didnt over charge for.Efficient and calm and did not make me feel like an IT idiot . Would highly recommend

My laptop kept dying because the battery wasnt working. Virtually an instant reply and when I explained my issue it was fixed and the price was better than I would have paid at PC world. Amazing service and would definitely use again.

John did a great job of repairing our Lenovo laptop. He even provided assistance late in the evening when we were struggling to get bluetooth to work on the laptop by connecting to it remotely and (I think) updating the bluetooth drivers. Highly recommended, thanks John!
