        Took my daughter to get her prom dress altered, we agreed on what alterations were going to be done and there was going to be a train which was pinned in position whilst my daughter had the dress on, however, when due for collecting, my daughter was unwell so I collected it for my daughter to try it on when she was feeling better. When we took the dress out of the bag to have a look, to our horror there was no train, my daughter was extremely upset saying her dress was ruined, I contacted Carol who was very rude claiming the tulle (netting over the dress) was ripped and she had to cut it off, I explained that I had gone over the dress and there was not any rips tears marks on the dress, totally unhelpful I will not use Sewtastic, Halesowen again. Services: Alterations, Prom dresses
