I called az up and he came out the same evening and measured up his price beat the previous quotes i was given he got me booked in his lads turned up and done a really nice job i will definitely recommend them and use them again

great shop, very nice guys, i brought a carpet from there & payed to get it delivered & he actually gave me a lift home in the van with the carpet. he was a very nice guy then i brought 2 rugs off him & 2nd rug he even dropped a fiver off the price for me, if i need any more carpets then thats where i will go for it.

Was thinking about decorating my hall stairs and landing which covers a lot of floor space. Popped into Heritage carpets just to take a look at colours. The owner Az was very helpful and came straight round to measure and give me a quote. I then decided to decorate and Az advised us to take some samples when painted as carpets colours look different out the shop. I picked a carpet and two weeks later it was fitted. I was very worried about my new walls and paintwork getting damaged but the fitter was great and it looked perfect. I paid no money until job was done and I was happy. Lovely carpet, owner was great he even popped round to see if I was pleased would highly recommend them and will use again in the future. DAWN

We used Heritage when we first bought our house and we're very pleased with the service and the quality of the carpets. When we had our extension done, they were the obvious choice for the new rooms and extended hallway. Friendly staff that worked with us and our schedule and I would and have recommended them to others
