        We were staying in the area for a few weeks when we ran out of medication. The young lady on reception was extremely helpful and soon arranged for the necessary drugs to be ready three hours later. Thank you. First class service.

        My wife fell ill on holiday Rang and asked for help GOT NOTHING Told to ring my doctor at home I did plead for help BUT still hit brick wall Phoned the other practice and got all the help I need . Thought all doctors were supposed to help people

        When we left Newcastle we left a 1st class practice, and we wondered what it would be like up here. We meed not have worried, 1st class medical staff, backed up by highly proficient clerical staff. 1st class.

        While down at Haven my 3year old had to be seen for a UTI, cannot recommend this practice enough gave my little one an appointment straight away and the doctor was brilliant, dispensery in practice also so you don't even need to find a pharmacy afterwards
