I recently bought a low mileage, very clean car with a full service history from Incentive. The whole transaction was very easy and pleasurable. Matt is a lovely, honest guy to deal with and he did everything he said he would, very efficiently. Also, the trade-in price he gave was better than any of the 'We Buy Any Cat' websites! Highly recommended - Matt's tea is very good too!

Absolutely top notch customer service very very pleased The owner was on holiday at the time but still took the time to take my call about the car and from there we arranged to go and view the car on a set date and time. When we arrived we was greeted by his colleague who was very friendly straight away pulled the car out for us and offered us a coffee(selling point haha) and left us to our own devices to look around the car and do what we needed to do none of this normal salesman haggling which both me and my dad liked! And it was sold from there the car was beautifully cleaned and In crisp condition. From there we got into the business. We had to wait for the finance guy to get there so again we had another coffee and just had a general chat with matts colleague whilst we waited, real sound guy. They taxed and motd the car for me and On the day I went to pick it up all the paper work was already done there was no hassle it was straight in and out. Overall I would highly recommend incentive cars to anyone and I will be using them again in the future for sure! Thanks guys

Such a pleasurable experience dealing with Matthew and the guys at Incentive Cars. Genuinely lovely people who obviously make an effort to source great cars that they are proud to sell on. We we're looking for a car for my daughter, as she had recently passed her test. Obviously this is a nervous moment for any Dad, as you don't want to buy a death trap. Incentive cars were 1.5 hours away from us... further than we wanted, but we were happy to travel the extra distance to buy a near emaculate 2005 Kia Picanto with only 35K on the clock at the right price. Thoroughly recommend!
