Communication from David is fast and extremely helpful if you have any questions. Postage is just as fast. I ordered pillows and a topper and have only spent two nights with them on my bed but am already feeling the benefit. I suffered hip, shoulder and back pain due to an overly firm mattress and these have made a huge difference. Items are outstanding quality and I cannot recommend these products and this company highly enough. Will definitely be using again in the future. 5 stars does not express how happy I am.

Hard to put into words how good this company is. The products are exceptional, both in quality and comfort. I literally take my pillow with me everywhere I go (I've even taken it abroad) because I find it so comfortable. We recently had an issue with our duvet after taking it to a laundrette, the laundrette said they had followed the instructions but the duvet had shrunk. I called up Urban Wool and spoke to the lovely director, he dealt with things in the most generous and professional manner. It's without a doubt the best customer service I have encountered and they have some very loyal customers in me and my wife. All of our future bedding will be from this company!

Having fallen in love with our king size duvet that we got in the autumn we have just happily taken delivery of 2 singles, because everyone deserves the same good quality of sleep in this house! Superfast efficient, friendly service again, thank you.

Love the duvet we have from urban wool bedding: it is warm yet breathable. I was also drawn to the company because it uses organic British wool. We had an issue with our dry cleaner shrinking our first duvet but as soon as I contacted David about it, he sorted out a replacement. Super customer service and a great product - highly recommended :)
