Enquiring to buy a new piano, I emailed with no response, so filled in the on line form, no response, so finally emailed again but no response.This was when I was prepared to spend a lot of money so heaven help those that already have, and later have a problem. Very poor service!!

Ive been on the look out for a particular model of Yamaha grand piano for some time now. I booked in an appointment with Thomas the other week and the whole process from start to finish couldnt have been smoother. Delivery was little over a week and there was no problem taking my upright in part exchange. Thomas was extremely helpful, there was no high pressure sales pitch and Emails etc were swiftly replied to. The delivery guys also did a great job. All in all a great experience and Im delighted with the C3 that now takes pride of place in the living room!

We have had first class customer service from Broughton Pianos and Thomas could not have been more helpful. With his excellent breadth of knowledge and beautiful piano demonstrations my husband and I selected a lovely white digital clavinova which is perfect for our needs in a very contemporary town house. It was installed today and the complete set up took less than an hour. We have spoken to Thomas and visited Broughton Pianos several times and with his help we know we have selected the perfect piano for us. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering buying a piano to visit their showroom.they have a wonderful selection of all types both acoustic and digital.

We have been nothing but impressed by the team at Broughton pianos. From the moment we walked through the doors we knew we were in safe hands. Everything was explained in a calm, knowledgeable way. No hype. We were looking for our first baby grand and the team took into account our budget and helped us select a piano which will take our son to conservatoire level playing (which is his current goal). We did go a bit over budget, though not because of sales pressure; it was because of the clear explanations so we understood why it was better long term to invest a little more at the outset. We had travelled some distance and choosing the perfect piano takes a long time, so we asked if there was anywhere nearby where we could grab a bite to eat and discuss our options. One of the team recommended a local pub (The Robin Hood) and even phoned to book us a table. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly so we highly recommend the place if youre spending a day at the showroom. Book in advance on a weekend. Its popular! The retro-added silent feature on the acoustic piano (who knew this was even possible?) is a game-changer for my husband, who runs his business from home. Now if hes on a conference call he can simply ask our son to switch to silent for a while and his practice is not interrupted. Well worth the extra outlay.. The piano was ready for delivery earlier than the promised date. The two delivery guys were super efficient, polite and friendly. They were so quick, and they even polished it beautifully before leaving. They removed our old piano too. Honestly, I cannot recommend the Broughton Pianos team highly enough.
