I was looking on getting my product made. I didn't know where to start so I called up cnc routing. Who was very helpful and took the time to understand what I wanted and frequently kept me in the loop.

I rang and spoke to a very nice,polite and proffesional Lady who kindly told me to email "Sam". Arrived home that evening and emailed "Sam" on the email address supplied by the aformentioned nice Lady..............And here we are 2 weeks later and no reply from Sam. Now im just an average guy looking for a quotation to get some simple shapes cut,im not a global corporation or even a company but is'nt business business!!? So Ladies and Gentlemen please consider how much of your lives you would like to waste by having to wait for an email that will never arrive from "Sam"!!? And Sam,if you do read this,whoever you are,a polite "sorry we can't help" would have sufficed,its commom courtesy.
