        Excellent company to work for and highly recommended. The directors value their staff, organising training courses, employee days out and wellbeing initiatives to ensure everyone is more than confident and qualified to undertake their job within the company.

        I have worked for this Company on and off since they started. The company has a lot to learn about people. Its very apparent they do not look after their own and will stop at nothing to try and be a huge corporate enterprise. They will learn one day how important the people around them are and treat them with respect. Very inexperienced owners when it comes to the day to day running of a company and if HR is the owners wife then there is a huge conflict of interest. I know all their contractors who will all say the same things and its a real shame because the Tenders they get are very enjoyable

        I have worked with Calztec on a number of projects and theyre always very responsive to any queries which arise. Both Sam and James are well informed regarding construction technology and project management procedures and are always happy to help.
