I have never experienced a company as poor as Adeft. If a fitter is offered to work on your property called Andy I would back out of the work as quick as possible! He left our property exposed to the weather and water came into both of our children's bedrooms causing damage to the rooms, curtains etc. When Andy eventually turned up the next day he just laughed and said I heard you had a small leak last night! 2 day job and 3 months later still issues. They sent another fitter after myself and next door complained who was horrified at the workmanship so much so they had to completely start again on the back ofnour properties. They have still not come back to sort the remaining issues! USE WITH CAUTION

Our installation was a complicated one. Not only a garden room but also a conservatory to accommodate on our bungalow. The whole process of arranging a quote, organising an installation date and completing the job was very efficient. The team in the office were very helpful and were interested in our experience and our satisfaction. Joe and Chris have done a brilliant job of removing the leaking concrete guttering and replacing it with uPVC facias and guttering. They were very professional and highly skilled. They left everything tidy at the end of the day and talked us through the solutions to the challenges we knew the job presented. I would highly recommend Adeft Services.
