had to give them the 5 stars based on dealing with other companies, they are fair, turned up on time charged me for what we had which was a little less than we were expecting, if you are in this area i cant recommend them enough, they brought used a concrete pump for us and this saved us a few hours in labour

Disappointed with the level of service. Had pump and 45 cubic meters of concrete booked through Accumix. Pump and operator were spot on. Turned up on time and we're very helpful, going above and beyond. Concrete delivery started an hour and a half late, 2 wagons turned up,then we had to wait well over an hour for the next, then 3 turned up at once! I rang up to arrange for the final loads and was told that the volumetric drivers had gone home for the day(having been promised one for the last load), so had to estimate and have drums. What should have taken half a day took all day with 4 blokes stood around waiting. To rub salt in the wound Accumix charged me an extra 100 for the pump because it was there for longer than it was booked for. Oh, and they tried to blame the pump operator for the delay saying the pump had malfunctioned (which it absolutely had not). I've used Accumix many times for smaller loads and it's less of an issue if they are late, but I would not recommend them for larger quantities. I did phone up to query the extra 100 charge but no one has come back to me.
