I recently became a client of Mike Slatter at Body-Technique and have been extremely pleased with the experience of working with him. Endermology has been part of my practice for over 18 years. Unfortunately, the representation of LPG left the country, so I had to look for a solution. I searched online and found Body- Technique. Mike has been of tremendous help so far, not only in the process of purchasing the machine and shipping it from Great Britain to Costa Rica, but also in guiding me when making strategic decisions. He helped me select the best model for my needs, packing/ unpacking the machine, marketing, and many other aspects surrounding the purchase and upkeep of the machine; making it all a very pleasant experience. I would like to highlight one of the many positive experiences I had working with Mike: a part of the machine started malfunctioning. Not only did Mike help the technician here in Costa Rica diagnose the issue, but he also shipped the replacement and once again guided us through the whole process of getting it back up and running. I would highly recommend for anyone to work with Mike and Body Technic; you are bound to have as good of an experience as Ive had.

I bought my machine last December to a country far from England. I had doubts about guaranty and things like that, but since then Mike has always been available and helpful, answered my messages the day I wrote, he has always found solutions for every situation and organized everything for me for free during the guarantee . I am really grateful and suggest Mike and his company to anyone! Thank you Mike!

For nearly 2 years now I have had the pleasure of using Mike and his LPG Machine. Everytime I need anything whether its suits and filters or to fix an issue he responds immediately and is on site at my clinic soon after.
