Rusko Care

Maria, Keith and their team of carers stepped in to take care of our young adult son at short notice. Our son being at university, the care team has structured the relevant care and support for our son to fully immerse himself in both academic & social activities. The comfort of the right support has given him the confidence to engage more fully in university life. This is reflected in his increased self confidence and self esteem. Rusko care has played a significant part in the improvement of Jamess well-being. Each carer perform their tasks with efficiency whilst always engaging James in a positive manner. The care is carried out with kind respectfulness all the while engaging with a sense of humour. The epitome of what care should be.

A very capable and sympathetic care team. Maria and her team helped my lovely father at the end of his life. He was able to die at home, surrounded by his family because of the brilliant help from Maria and her team. Capable, conscientious, prompt and attentive, Maria and her team were upbeat, positive, efficient and discreet. My mother was so relieved to have them help her in the last few weeks, and my personal experiences of their care was really quite moving. Lovely team, great care, and Im very grateful for the huge impact they had in the final few weeks of my fathers life. Mark

My mum, Mary was receiving palliative care from your carers. She was attended by several of your colleagues, who were all wonderful, but in the main, Constance and Lue cared for her 4 times a day, on a daily basis. I cannot praise Constance and Lue enough. They were so kind and gentle, considerate and caring, and treated my mum with such compassion. Despite the sad circumstances, we all looked forward to their visits. My mum enjoyed their company, they made her smile when she was feeling down. She always looked so comfortable and relaxed after she had seen them. They acknowledged her need for independence, whilst thoughtfully considering her capabilities. My family are very appreciative of everything Constance and Lue did for my mum, indeed for us all. They helped us through a very sad and distressing time. They are exceptional people, ambassadors for carers and an asset to the company, and I would recommend your services without hesitation. Maria and her wonderful team took over 91 year old Mum's care in early 2021, on recommendation from a neighbour. They are without a doubt the kindest, loveliest people. Nothing is too much trouble. Thoroughly dependable, kind and caring. I always recommend them to others. Thank you all!

Such a wonderful, friendly team. Always on time. My husband always looked forward to seeing them. Their support helped my husband and I share quality time together during his last few weeks. I will be forever grateful.
