The Oak & Rope Company

We've bought a number of products from The Oak and Rope Company and have always been absolutely delighted with them - from a bespoke carving board, G&T boards, a lovely personalised doorstop for our son and daughter in law to a solitaire game. But today The Oak and Rope Company excelled themselves. I broke a glass candle holder in a now discontinued range and contacted the company to ask how I could find a replacement. Imagine my delight when one was put in the post and arrived the next day as they had a spare in stock and at no charge, now that's customer service. Our lovely candle holder is restored to pride of place. Thank you Gena. Great company, great service and great products. Highly recommended.

I recently ordered a personalised cheese board as a gift and I couldnt be happier with the product. More than that, I would like to thank the team who went above and beyond to make sure my order got to me on time despite the Christmas rush and the December postal strikes, which were totally out of their control. Excellent service and gorgeous products, Ill definitely be back!

Ordered an engraved sun lounger for my mum's 60th, which was personally delivered the very next day. The customer service is outstanding and the products are beautiful and timeless.

Ordered a match box online. The confirmation email said it would take two weeks, so I gave them a call and they said they had it and would send it out that day. Sure enough, the box arrived the next day. Wonderful!
