Poor quality customer service. I spoke with Paul about changing a broken electric shower. He attended my property and was happy with the work needed doing, he then came this morning and Spoke unprofessionally also with attitude - lied about what he told me in regards to what shower needed as he knew I wasn't getting a like for like replacement. He then made my partner upset and is seemingly oblivious of the fact, only caring about 'my time and my fuel' which he stated several times. As my partner was visibly upset in front of him, he states 'its not my fault, I told you this/that' - why anyone would want this person in their home is beyond me. He also for some unknown reason decided to leave a tap running that wasn't stopped for nearly an hour. 100% would NOT recommend.

I have used Paul Walters for many years now for servicing gas boilers and installing showers and taps. He is always my first choice. I always find him very friendly and professional and he just gets on with the job, no hassle and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He always tells you what hes doing which is great for a worrier like me. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone as he always does a brilliant job. Service: Heating system maintenance
