        From the first phone call we made to them, they have been absolutely brilliant throughout. Taking us each step of the way without being pushy and explaining everything so thoroughly. We as a family felt very special and they gave us the best send off for our dad. Our Mum was treated with kindness and we loved the way they made her feel special. Thank you all for being the best.
