        Disappointed to be honest, we've used Richard Reeves many times in the past but this recent experience has been poor. Asked for quote in May, eventually got one sent in July, to be told there is a 2 month wait (already told this in May). Eventually came in Sept, to promptly put a stake through our water pipe. 400 later pipe fixed. Eventual job repaired 2 weeks later All in all it took them May to Sept to do the job. Did I get a reflection of the water pipe in my final bill, no. Says it in their terms and conditions, cables are, not water pipes. Was I shouted at down the phone when I tried to raise this with them, yes! Not good and very sad for such a great company that we've used many times.
