Brilliant team at West Yorkshire Remaps work their socks off to ensure customers are satisfied with the improvements to cars after remapping. I'm delighted with the way my (new to me) 2014 MX-5 now performs. Actually feels like it should and more. Would definately recommend

I bought a Mercedes sprinter 4x4 in November 2022 and it broke down on my journey home? I did the right thing and took it to Mercedes for diagnostics to solve the problem? They said it needed new turbo pipes, manifold gasket etc, the work was done then 2 days later it went into limp mode? Then Mercedes said it needed a full service to cure it, that was done then 2 days later it lost power? Back to Mercedes for diagnostics they said it needed a camshaft sensor then it had crankshaft sensor replaced not once but 3 times? Still it went into limp mode? Mercedes then said the clutch and flywheel needed replacing because that could be the problem so they fitted new ones, then they said it was the timing chain so they replaced that and a tensioner, then the turbo resonators were replaced and it lasted a week and wouldnt go up a hill or above 2 thousand revs without the engine management light coming on and losing power and the list goes on and on and 6 months later and 8 thousand pounds of my money spent still it was like driving a old tractor!! A month ago I spoke to Jason on the phone and asked him for some advice and told him of all the stress I have gone through at Mercedes. I learnt more from Jason in a 20 minute phone call than 6 months at Mercedes and remember they had my sprinter for 12 weeks in total! What a polite professional friendly knowledgeable person Jason is. I phoned Jason again this Monday gone and he booked me in for this Thursday, I drove from Sheffield to yorkshire remaps in Leeds this morning and had a stage 1 remap and a couple of deletes done by Anthony who is another straight talking friendly helpful mapping expert who talked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it. For the first time in 6 months I was actually feeling confident that this could be the end of my misery, just over a hour later Anthony told me to take the van on a test drive and see what I think? Fhell I could not stop smiling what a beast ,the van is totally transformed and goes up hills in fourth gear where it struggled before in third. The coolant temperature has dropped from 85 degrees to 75 and the mpg has gone from 21 to 24 in the fifty mile drive home. I cant thank yorkshire remaps enough and would 110% recommend them to anyone who wants a map done properly by professionals. I cant wait for the drive to work tomorrow thanks again.
