        Took a makita radio in to be repaired, waited 3 weeks, phoned them and they still hadn't looked at it, said they would by the end of the week or beginning of the next week. Waited another 3 weeks and phoned up again to be told it can't be repaired and tried phoning, which they absolutely didn't! I also have a voicemail! Opened the radio after collecting and it still has wood shavings in it so it probably wasn'teven looked at! Shocking service.
