        Avoid Bmc,Terrible customer service, refusing to fix a fault that they originally said would be covered under guarantee formal letter of complaint issued as advised by citizens advice and they havent bothered to reply. Looks like it will be small claims court.

        Purchased an Audi A3 Black edition last week, Customer service was excellent they picked me up from the train station, car was as described. I drove it from Leeds to Cardiff no problems so far so good. Happy customer
