        Having watched me struggle up the slope on my crutch, I get told by a cleaner that the toilets were really for patrons only and I couldn't use them! No obvious signs to say this. Was she expecting me to pee on the floor? Being disabled, whilst I don't expect preferential treatment, I do expect some kind of understanding when having difficulties. We were going to book tickets for a tour, but after that treatment, no thanks! Disgraceful.
