Banana Moon Day Nursery

This nursery is currently closed after Ofsted shut it. Sadly this nursery used to be lovely but it was taken over by new owners & has become awful hence being temporarily shut. It is such a shame as the staff were amazing & really tried to make everything work but owners wouldn't listen to them or parents. Most of the staff left due to the issues and that didn't wake the owners up. Sadly since being shut a month ago by Ofsted the owners have not contacted parents or responded to any of our emails. They also aren't talking to their staff. It is such a shame. If I could give the owners zero stars I would. They have taken parents money & not provided a service & will not discuss refunds even of the deposits that we are entitled to have returned. Banana Moon HQ also seem to have washed their hands of the situation & won't respond to parents or tell us it's not their problem as it's a franchise. So in all honesty I would be wary of Banana Moon as there is clearly no support for parents when things go wrong. In the unlikely event that this nursery reopens, whilst Nosheen & Abdul own this nursery I would not advice sending your children here. Which is a hard thing to say as the staff were great & worked so hard

Its wonderful to see all the inspired activities Banana Moon do with our child. The team have always been incredibly accommodating, flexible and friendly. Thank you
