These people are untrustworthy. They did not communicate, did not turn up and then finally turned up a week later while we were out at work (and we had not been told they were actually coming). Had they turned up at a reasonable time we would still have been in but they did not turn up until 10:30 am at which point we were out at work. We told them my husband would rush home immediately and would be there in an hour. The contractor agreed to wait but then was not there when my husband arrived 45 minutes later. We called the office to ask where they were and was told that they had not authorised the contractor to wait so had told him to leave. I explained that we had not been told anyone was arriving and was called a liar. I explained my husband had dropped everything at work and rushed home with the full assurance someone would be there. I begged them to come back and they refused. When I said how unfair they were being the boss Huw got very nasty and my job cancelled on the spot despite the fact we had been waiting months to have this work done. We are extremely disappointed but think we have had a lucky escape as dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I would avoid at all costs as they are completely untrustworthy.
